New! Luxury Cabin Retreat Hot Tub-Playset-Firepit

Escape to Simplicity in the Pines, a peaceful family retreat in Hochatown, OK. Nestled among towering pines near Beavers Bend State Park, our cabin blends modern luxury with rustic charm. Whether you’re exploring the Ouachita National Forest, soaking in our private hot tub, or roasting marshmallows under the stars, this is the perfect backdrop for your family’s most cherished memories.

At Simplicity in the Pines, we believe the best vacations are the ones where you can truly relax and reconnect. From the moment you pull up to our private, pine-shaded lot, you’ll feel the stress of daily life melt away.

A Home Designed for Togetherness
The heart of our cabin is the light-filled living room, where floor-to-ceiling windows invite the outdoors in. Whether you’re snuggling up by the fireplace for a family movie night or gathering around the kitchen island for a pancake breakfast, there’s plenty of room for everyone to be together.

Restful Nights for Everyone
We know that a good night’s sleep is the secret to a great vacation:

For the Adults: Retreat to one of our three king master suites—each a private sanctuary designed for quiet, restful nights. Each room features its own individual coffee station, so you can enjoy a quiet cup before the rest of the house stirs.

For the Kids: Our cozy bunk loft is a dream come true, with four comfortable twin beds that feel like a secret clubhouse for late-night giggles and stories.

Adventure Awaits, Right Outside Your Door
Step onto the deck and find your own private playground. The kids will love exploring the "Log Bridge" and outdoor play area, while you can relax in the gazebo-covered hot tub—the perfect spot to unwind after a day at Broken Bow Lake. As the sun sets, grab the skewers for some fire-pit s'mores or fire up the grill for an easy family barbecue.
